Well it’s been about a week and a half since I last updated on the lowest gas prices in the area, and in that time I’ve seen about a 13 cent per gallon increase on average.

Yesterday, Crude Oil hit yet another record high of more than $135 a barrel before easing

downward in later trading.

When is this madness going to end? Will it end? Will it ease up at the pumps a bit after Memorial Day weekend has passed. Only one can hope!

Anyone working on alternate means of transportation? If you are, I’d love to hear from you!

And, if anyone knows of a lesser costly station, please Let Us Know!

With that being said, here is today’s gas price update.!

1. FRED MEYER (Fairview & 5 mi.) $3.60
2. SHELL- (Goldstone & Eagle Rd.) $3.71
3. MAVERIK- (Overland/ Locust Grove) $3.79
4. CHEVRON- Ustick & Venable $3.86

Please note, gas pricing can change. I sure hope the change is, in fact, for the better!

Here we are again…

Gas Prices continue to skyrocket.  I wonder if my clients would mind riding on the back of my bicycle???  Probably not a good question to ask, eh?

It’s really quite unbelievable how expensive fuel has gotten.

Gary and I are constantly looking at the various prices at the pump- trying to find the best (um, value?)

If anyone knows of a lesser costly station, please Let Us Know!

With that being said, here is today’s gas price update.!

1. SHELL- (Eagle Rd. & Pine)  $3.59
2. FRED MEYER (Fairview & 5 mi.) $3.59
   
3. MAVERIK- (Overland/ Locust Grove) $3.63
4. SHELL- (Goldstone & Eagle Rd.) $3.64

The numbers just go up from here…  Close to $100 bucks to fill up- who would have ever though…

I almost hate doing these gas posts anymore, “cheap” is relative right?

I’m glad the weather’s getting nice. With these prices it’s about time to start thinking about other sources of transportation, isn’t it???

We are always in search of the best value (can we really call it a value now???) to fill up.

Remember to get your savings cards. Mavrik offers .02 off, and Albertson’s also has a card. I’ve been told Sam’s Club is offering gas, and was told it was less expensive, but I’ve yet to check it out.

Up, up and away….

Sorry folks, it’s not looking so pretty at the pump.

We always look for the least expensive station in our area and, blah! It cost us $3.01/gal to fill up yesterday at the Maverik on Overland and Locust Grove (TIDBIT: their advertised price was $3.03- if you sign up for their free club card you automatically receive .02 off each gallon).

With that being said, here is today’s gas price update.!

1. SHELL- (Goldstone Dr & Eagle Rd ) $2.99
2. MAVERIK- (Overland Rd & Locust Grove ) $3.03
3. FRED MEYER- (Overland & 5 mile) $3.09
4. SHELL- (Meridian Rd & Overland) $3.15 …OUCH!

Here’s today’s gas price update. These are the best prices I’ve seen around town. From what I’ve noticed, most other stations are over $3- ugh!

1. COSTCO- (S Cole & Spectrum St) $2.89
2. FLYING J- (W. Overland & Entertainment) $2.93
3. MAVERIK- (7350 W. Victory Rd. & Cole) $2.96

With gasoline prices so high, I thought I’d try and save you a few cents the next time you pull up to the pump. I’ll update the list every few days for you.

Gas prices (as of 2/24/0 in the Boise area are as follows:

7. ALBERTSONS-(Overland & Orchard plus get addtl .03 off w/ Savings Card) $2.95
